It means we have spent years keeping mission-critical finance systems alive for the NHS, councils, universities, charities and commercial organisations.
Customers deal with named UK engineers, not an offshore desk. We do not charge on-boarding or off-boarding fees, because customers should be free to leave. Oddly enough, that is one of the reasons they tend to stay.

Ian Witts
Managing Director
LinkedIn profileIan has spent over twenty years working in and around enterprise systems, with a particular focus on high-technology environments and the kind of heavily integrated systems most providers prefer to avoid. Earlier roles as a Technical Project Manager, Senior Managed Service Consultant and Systems Accountant gave him an unusual blend of technical, delivery and finance experience, backed by BSc and MSc degrees in Business Information Systems. That dual footing in finance and IT means he is as comfortable in front of a CFO as a systems architect, and much of his time is spent bridging the gap between the two. At QuickThink Cloud he sets the commercial and technical direction and builds the senior team responsible for delivering it.

LinkedIn profileDavid has been delivering complex enterprise systems since his first ERP implementation in 2003, and joined QuickThink Cloud in 2013 to lead its technical strategy. He is the architect behind the scalable, highly available platforms the company hosts, and introduced the automated provisioning and intrusion-prevention measures now built into every environment. His real strength is translation: turning complicated technical decisions into something stakeholders across a business can follow and sign off. Pragmatic and straight-talking, with deep roots in the Unit4 Business World suite and broad experience across central and local government, he keeps the engineering bench focused on the systems customers depend on every day.
